WELCOME
It's so very good when we get to meet good people, right?
And that's exactly the case if you are talking about our instructors.
These are talented, classically trained instructors who know their stuff and keep on top of it.
Their professional record says it all and yet they are always on the lookout for more as they have made it their mission to bring you the very best in teaching and learning.
This is why they understand culture, and more specifically, popular Brazilian culture is the best platform to share the knowledge that informs how you can communicate in a foreign language.
Their interests are varied and many just as your goals, as a student, can range from applying for that prestigious scholarship abroad to landing that dream job and that is the beauty of it.
However, if there is this one thing we can all relate to, that would be how willing we all are to keep doing more, the commitment to try being better.
As this is our common purpose, we can all benefit from surrounding ourselves with good people such as the instructors we have been describing.
Then, come along with us.
Dani lu
As a Brazilian culture enthusiast, Dani always thought that teaching Brazilian Portuguese would never work without exposing students to what most Brazilians themselves are exposed to when it comes to the myriad cultural artifacts Brazilians produce by the second. And here we are talking about music, movies, memes and more! During this 8-year career, having taught both in academia as a Fulbright Teaching Assistant at Yale and in the São Paulo corporate circuit has only proven this point to be right. So much so that Dani makes a point of making the most of Brazilian Portuguese classes by filling them with all you need to know about the grammar and all you must know to contextualize it and communicate properly.
